As Product manager/Market Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the team in managing relationships with hotel partners. You will work to optimize rates and availability, ensuring WebBeds remains competitive while building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a specific destination or geographical area, which may vary based on business needs.
Key responsibilities
Rate and Availability Optimization:
Support hotel partners in maintaining up-to-date rates, allocations, and availability.
Manage and evaluate stop sales, negotiating or taking action as required.
Work with Market Managers to identify opportunities for special offers and promotions.
Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure WebBeds offers the most competitive rates.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners to enhance collaboration and performance.
Educate and train hotel partners on supplier interfaces to improve efficiency and engagement.
Assist in implementing and monitoring promotions and campaigns for specific hotel partners.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze hotel performance and production data to identify trends and recommend actions.
Undertake tasks related to competitiveness reports and other key departmental metrics.
Investigate and recover 3P bookings to Directly Contracted (DC) as per departmental guidelines.
Administrative Support:
Support the mapping and activation of BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
Liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Maintain contractual hotel allocations and ensure last-minute availability is addressed.

Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
