As a Senior Partner Marketing Executive you will support the delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across WebBeds. This is a hands-on role which is execution focused - ideal for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, coordinating with internal teams, external hotel and tourist board partners, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. While the overarching creative direction will be provided, you will play a key role in campaign execution, briefing designers, and ensuring all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Marketing campaign support: Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across email, website, webinars, landing pages, and short‐form video.
- Creative asset coordination: Be part of a team that manages creative assets, content creation, translations, revisions, approvals and ensures timely delivery.
- Website content management: Build and update website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Email marketing coordination: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Webinar and event execution: Assist with the setup and execution of webinars and virtual events.
- AI tool utilization: Use AI tools to support writing tasks such as drafting outlines, refining messaging, and adapting content for different channels.
- Brand guideline alignment: Ensure hotel partners’ brand guidelines and messaging are accurately represented across all materials.
- Internal stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain campaign calendars and track deliverables.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working in a marketing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, or e‐commerce.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and basic marketing automation workflows.
- Confident using AI tools to support content creation.
- Detail‐oriented, organised, and able to work effectively with cross‐functional teams.
