In this role you will :
As a Contracts Manager at WebBeds, you will be responsible for securing competitive hotel contracts within your regions. Your efforts will support achieving the company\’s KPIs, including hotel mix, pricing, availability, and margins. You will have full ownership of all revenue streams for your managed destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels in your regions to meet KPIs, including:
– Number and mix of hotels
– Competitive pricing and availability
– Revenue performance of your hotel portfolio
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, ensuring alignment with WebBeds\’ strategic goals
- Regularly review hotel performance, addressing issues related to pricing, availability, or quality
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and maintain competitiveness
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement contracting strategies
- Monitor destination performance metrics for continuous improvement

- Proven experience in hotel account management or similar roles in the travel industry
- Strong regional knowledge and hospitality market understanding
- Ability to meet revenue targets in a competitive environment
- Experience building and managing hotel partnerships
- Familiarity with online distribution platforms, APIs, or cloud systems (a plus)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to regions are highly desirable
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships
- Deep understanding of travel and accommodation markets in assigned regions
- Analytical thinking for evaluating market trends and data
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Contracting experience in the hotel industry
- Able to develop and maintain trusting relationships with hoteliers
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, Bed banks, Tour Operators)
- Understanding of current contracting models (dynamic/static)
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
