Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Operator to join our dynamic team in a busy plastic moulding facility. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Picking moulded plastic parts directly from the machine
- Visually inspecting parts for quality defects
- Trimming and finishing parts as required
- Packing products in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Labelling boxes accurately
- Stacking completed boxes neatly and safely on pallets
- Taking extra care to ensure all products meet customer expectations and quality standards
