Role Overview: The UI Designer will support voicebots and chatbots, acting as a technical consultant with expertise in speech recognition, conversational technology, and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and documentation for clients’ self-service channels using prompt engineering, LLMs, NLU, directed dialogue, DTMF, and chat.
- Analyse business needs and processes; assist with task and workflow analysis.
- Build relationships with internal teams (project managers, developers, product managers) and external clients to determine requirements.
- Assist with usability testing and user performance evaluation.
- Maintain knowledge of contact centre metrics and evolving technologies.
