Social Media Manager – Aave The Aave Companies are focused on innovation in Web3 and have a thriving, collaborative culture.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee all social media channels.

On top of trends, familiar with the Web3 space, with a love for building community, the ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned meme queen/king, ready to jump into a fast-paced environment.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing & Content.

Responsibilities Manage social media accounts across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, etc).

Social media strategy and scheduling – planning content, copy and posting plans.

Social media analytics and reporting – share a monthly report with the team.

Community management – actively monitor and respond to DMs and tags.

Cultivate relationships with community.

Write and publish content for social media channels.

Work closely with design teams to produce any necessary assets.

Innovate and offer new ideas to elevate social media presence.

Provide best practice guidelines (tips, tricks, advice) to the team.

Requirements Proven experience as a social media manager.

Excellent communication skills.

A portfolio of provable work.

Knowledge of Web3 and cultural trends.

Able to step into different voices of brands/products.

Excellent writing skills.

Proactive with excellent work ethic.

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.

Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.

Positive attitude and team player is a must. 2-5 years of experience.

BA in writing, social media management or related field is a plus.
