We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our editorial team to help shape and amplify the brand voice. In this role, you will create compelling and engaging content for various products. Working closely with stakeholders from our product, content, and marketing teams, this cross‑functional and highly collaborative role is best suited for creative and passionate storytellers, able to shape complex ideas into accessible and delightful prose. Developing promotional copy, digital marketing content, long‑form blog posts, and more, the ideal candidate is an active member of the Web3 community with a portfolio of published written pieces (Medium or Mirror posts, for example) and is well‑versed in the Web3 ecosystem including DeFi, Web3 Social, NFTs, and more. This role will report to the Head of Marketing & Content. Relocation support available.
Responsibilities- Write and publish content across platforms
- Provide and manage a content scheduling plan
- Complete writing projects on deadline
- Research topics so content is accurate
- Embody the voice of various products in the Aave Companies
- Work closely with the technical writer, communications manager, and social media manager to ensure consistent brand voice
- Innovate and offer new ideas
- Proven experience as content writer
- A portfolio of provable work and/or writing sample
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Web3 and cultural trends

- Proficient in the English language and grammar
