Web3 Insights: Talent is partnering with a pioneering Layer 1 blockchain, on a mission to build a more trusted and connected digital future. As they expand their presence and deepen engagement across global audiences, we’re searching for a Head of Social Media to lead their community and social strategy from their London HQ.
This is an opportunity to own the social function from strategy to execution — building communities, shaping narratives, and connecting with Web3 users across platforms. You’ll act as a bridge between the protocol and its community, driving meaningful, long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and scale global community-building efforts across key platforms: X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and more
- Design and execute high-impact social campaigns and community activations — both digital and IRL
- Become the internal advocate for the community, feeding back insights to the wider product and leadership teams
- Host and moderate AMAs, webinars, community calls, and meetups
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Leadership to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Own community and social analytics, driving insights into strategy
- 5+ years of experience in social/community management within the Web3 space, with a proven track record of scaling global communities
- Hands-on experience managing cross-platform Web3 communities (X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram)
- Strong leadership background, ideally having led distributed remote teams across time zones
- Data-driven — comfortable analysing engagement metrics and using insights to refine strategy
- A genuine passion for community building and ecosystem growth in blockchain
- Full-time, in-office role based in London
