The goal of this role is to leverage events as a lead-generation engine and a brand-building platform for Web Spiders’ software, AI, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Research & Strategy: Identify high-value IT, AI, software, and digital marketing events across US, UK, Singapore, and India. Analyze event relevance, audience profiles, and potential ROI to shortlist the right engagements. Maintain an annual event calendar aligned with organizational business objectives.
- Event Planning & Execution: Manage end-to-end planning for both in-person and virtual events—booth setup, collateral, tech requirements, staffing, and vendor coordination. Execute 360° event marketing cycles, including pre-event promotions, on-site execution, and post-event lead management. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure impactful event presence.
- Email & Digital Campaigns: Craft effective email marketing sequences for event invitations, follow-ups, and nurture journeys. Utilize marketing automation platforms to segment audiences and drive engagement. Manage micro-events like webinars, digital roundtables, and content-led sessions (podcasts, case studies, demos).
- Lead Generation & Nurture: Drive qualified lead flow through event participation. Ensure timely follow-up on event leads through coordinated email nurture campaigns. Share weekly/monthly reports on lead quality, conversions, and funnel performance.
- Brand Experience: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all event touchpoints. Leverage event assets for broader brand visibility, including digital content repurposing.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Represent Web Spiders professionally at global events. Build relationships with prospects, partners, organizers, and industry leaders.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track KPIs including footfall, engagement, lead count, conversion rate, and ROI. Provide data-driven insights to optimize future event selection and campaign performance.
- Budget Planning & Compliance: Plan event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize spending. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and accurate documentation.
- Post-Event Activities: Conduct debrief meetings, feedback collection, and internal reporting. Manage post-event content, recordings, and follow-up communications.
