Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Finance Business Partner. This post will operate within a centralised service function whilst supporting the organisation to develop and implement efficient and effective financial systems and processes.
You will play a key role, working closely with the Finance Business Partners to maintain relationships with stakeholders, assisting with the provision of financial information and advice. You will be involved in annual budget planning and forecasting, holding regular budget review meetings, preparing financial information for stakeholders and helping drive the organisational strategy forward.

- Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting, hold regular budget review meetings, and prepare financial information for stakeholders.
- Help drive the organisational strategy forward through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
- Qualified accountant or part-qualified accountant with a commitment to further studies (a study package will be provided).
- Experience of working in partnership with different areas of a large and/or complex organisation.
- Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical and organisational skills with a high level of IT skills; champion a “digital first” approach in all aspects of business operations.
Hybrid working (minimum of 60% on campus), blending a mix of remote and on-campus working, dependent on work duties.
