Established in 1984, we have over 40 years of experience working with some of the world’s leading marine engine manufacturers, including Volvo Penta, Honda, Suzuki and Tohatsu. We are committed to delivering exceptional marine services built on expertise, reliability and attention to detail.
We’re now looking for a Marine Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled marine engineer or technician with strong diagnostics and fault-finding expertise and electronics skills to join our trusted organisation. From routine maintenance to complex overhauls, you’ll have the chance to apply your technical expertise across respected engine brands while contributing to a consistently high standard of workmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marine Engineer, you will deliver expert diagnostics, servicing and repair services on customers’ boats for their inboard and outboard engines. Working across leading engine franchises including Volvo Penta, Honda, Suzuki and Tohatsu, you’ll undertake fault-finding, routine servicing and maintenance, as well as major repairs and full overhauls to ensure engines operate reliably and to the highest standards.
Additionally, you will:
- Install and remove engines, gearboxes and related systems
- Work across fuel, cooling, electrical/charging, control and steering systems
- Complete detailed job documentation and quality checks
- Maintain workshop standards for safety, cleanliness and tooling care
What We’re Looking For
To be considered as a Marine Engineer, you will need:
- Proven experience as a marine engineer/technician, including experience working on inboard and outboard mechanical systems
- Broad marine systems knowledge
- The ability to fit service, repair and rebuild marine engines
- Confidence with 12v and 24v DC electrics and electronics
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
- Confidence with rebuilds and/or overhauls (engine + gearbox)
- To be a qualified marine engineer
We will also consider experienced automotive mechanics.
