The Role
As a Centre Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, specialist re-ablement support for adults with acquired brain injury at our Exeter centre, helping them build confidence, develop skills and achieve goals. Working closely with the Team Lead, you will support the delivery of meaningful daytime activities and encourage individuals to participate in programmes tailored to their care plans and Brain Star Outcomes. You will help create a friendly atmosphere where people feel valued, respected and included, while ensuring they can access information, support and professional assistance when needed.

- Support participation in activities linked to individual care plans and goals
- Consider and respond appropriately to the needs of carers
- Follow policies and procedures relating to customer service, health and safety, equality and diversity
About You
To be considered as a Centre Support Worker, you will need:
- A sensitive approach to vulnerable people, maintaining their dignity and self-respect at all times
- The ability to motivate and enable people to work towards their objectives
- A good standard of spoken and written English and skills in mathematics and IT
- Good organisational skills
