For over 30 years, we’ve championed independence and wellbeing, delivering an extensive programme of activities across four centres and more than 40 community venues. From fitness classes to creative workshops, our services empower older adults to stay connected, physically active, and mentally stimulated.

We are now looking for self‑employed Group Fitness Instructors to join us.

The Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead friendly, engaging group fitness sessions for older adults at community venues across North West London. Supporting adults aged 50 and over, you will deliver sessions that bring people together through movement, helping them to feel strong, confident, and connected. Depending on your specialist skills and qualifications, we will be able to offer an increased number of sessions/hours per day to meet the needs of exercise programmes. This could include three or more sessions for those with more varied experience, for example, with Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Exercise to Music, Chair Exercise, and Zumba.

About You

To join us as a Group Fitness Instructor, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Exercise to Music, Chair‑Based, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Postural Stability Instructor, BACPR, Exercise Referral, Yoga, Stretch & Tone, Dance‑Based Fitness, or Aqua Aerobics. Tai Chi and Nordic Walking instructors also welcome.
