We design and develop search-optimised, user-friendly websites – designed to convert. We also provide high-quality, monthly SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), PPC (Paids Ads) and other Digital Marketing services to help business owners grow their businesses.

About You

Do you live in the Plymouth area, able to work in our office in Plympton? (This is essential) Are you looking for your next Web Developer challenge, working alongside fantastic colleagues in a fast-growing, award-winning Digital Marketing Agency?

Do you have experience in WordPress web development using Divi (or Elementor)? Are you used to working with different client types and able to work on multiple projects at once?

Are you organised and flexible, with a great attention to detail? If so, this full-time position may be perfect for you You will be working closely alongside our existing Web Developers, and our SEO, PPC and Digital Marketing Executives.

The Role

We work across a range of sectors and industries, so every day will be different

As a small, growing business, it is essential that every member of our team is happy to pitch in to help deliver a first-class product & service for each of our clients. This role has the following areas of focus & responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing new WordPress websites using Divi
  • Updating & improving existing client websites (& our site)
  • Constantly improving and developing our product range
  • Providing client website support

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Required

  • Min 1 – 2 years experience (ideally in an agency) in WordPress website development using Divi ideally, or Elementor
  • Solid HTML & CSS skills
  • Experience of maintaining and updating WordPress sites, plus troubleshooting & issue resolution
  • DNS Management
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle and work to tight deadlines

Desirable (training can be given)

  • Website design skills, as well as development
  • On-site SEO
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
  • Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics
  • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
  • Shopify/E-Commerce
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
