This Is an Office-Based Role at Our Premises in Plympton. No Agencies or Remote Work Applications, Please.

The PPC Executive Role

In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising PPC client campaigns that generate high-quality paid web traffic, increase conversions (leads and sales), and maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and implement PPC strategies and plans for our B2C and B2B clients across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Carry out research, including client products & services, as well as keyword and competitor research.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and results.
  • Optimise campaigns as needed, including settings, budget allocations and bidding strategies, ad copy, assets, keywords, conversions, target audiences, ad scheduling, etc.
  • Work with your Developer and Digital Marketing colleagues to optimise Landing pages for paid ads.
  • Recommend other website improvements for our PPC clients.
  • Provide monthly client reports detailing performance and actions.
  • Collaborate with the Client Account Managers to ensure that PPC activities are aligned with overall client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date at all times with the latest trends and best practices in PPC.
  • Carry out other Digital Marketing activities, as required.

Required Skills and Experience

For this role, we are looking to recruit an experienced PPC Executive.

  • Proven experience (ideally 2 years) in achieving excellent results in a PPC Executive or similar role, ideally in an agency environment, working on multiple clients across a range of sectors.
  • Confident in taking ownership of PPC strategies and implementing them across a diverse portfolio of clients. Results driven.
  • A strong understanding of PPC principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent writing skills, with a good command of the English language.
  • Comfortable liaising directly with Clients.
  • Experience in keyword and competitor research.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in GA4, including Explore.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and personal organisation skills.
  • A team player, with a willingness to pitch in as needed in a small, growing business.
