About You:
Weavers Academy are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our safeguarding team. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers and achieve success.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
- Evidence of working with children, young people, and/or families in an education, social care, community, or youth setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance (including KCSIE), and child protection procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited to multi-agency work
