The role
- Lead and develop SEND provision across the academy
- Coordinate support and oversee interventions for students with SEND
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice
- Work closely with staff to embed inclusive teaching strategies
- Liaise with families and external agencies
- Manage EHCP processes and maintain accurate records
