Salary £40,793.71 per annum plus van, fuel card, uniform and tools.

Location Gadbrook Point, Rudheath Way, Northwich. Work within a 30‑mile radius including Warrington and Cheshire.

The Opportunity

Weaver Vale Housing Trust is seeking a fully qualified Electrician to work across all Property Services teams. The role involves responsive day‑to‑day work, electrical testing (EICR), void property, and planned/cyclical repairs and maintenance on a range of properties.

What Will You Do?

You will carry out electrical installation and maintenance work in tenanted or domestic properties, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and customer care. The working week is 40 hours (08:30‑17:00 Monday‑Friday) with participation in a 30‑mile radius call‑out rota.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed an Electrical Apprenticeship to City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
  • Experience in domestic or commercial electrical installation.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
  • Willingness to undertake further health and safety qualifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
