About us
WeavePay is an FCA-authorised electronic money institution based in London. We provide multicurrency business accounts, SEPA, SWIFT and Faster Payments, FX across 30+ currencies, and Visa debit cards in EUR and USD to corporate clients worldwide. We are profitable and growing.
What's already built
- A sales process that works.
- An established client development team.
- A product with real traction and a roadmap that keeps expanding.
What you'll own
- Your own book. Carry a quota, source and close corporate clients. Roughly half the job.
- The team. Lead the existing sales team, direct their efforts, sit in on their calls, sharpen the pitch, hold them to the activity that converts.
- Client lifetime value. Upsells, cross-sells, down-sells, activation offers. Every client should be using more of the product range than they are today, and the plays that get them there are yours to design and run.
- The systems. Pipeline discipline, CRM standards, forecast accuracy, and reporting the board can act on.
What you'll have
- Budget control. You decide where sales spend goes: events, tooling, campaigns, headcount.
- A direct line to the board. No layers between you and the people who set pricing, sign banking partners and approve product.
- Real influence on both, because we can move on pricing and product without waiting on anyone else.
- The mandate to represent WeavePay externally at conferences and industry events.
What you need
- Sales experience in fintech, payments or banking. Multicurrency accounts, international payments, cards, FX, correspondent banking. You need to already understand why a client cares about a corridor, a cut-off time or a compliance question, because we won't have time to teach you the product from zero.
- A track record of closing corporate clients, not just working leads someone else generated.
- The instinct to build a system rather than work around one.
- English fluency. A second European language is a real advantage.
This is a Sales Manager role, not a Sales Director role, and the base reflects that. What it carries instead is ownership: the budget, the team, the number, and the board's ear.
It is the seat that becomes Head of Sales, and then CRO, for the person who builds the function properly. That path is open and we want to get you there!
Comp £45,000 to £55,000 base depending on experience. On-target earnings £100,000+ with commission on portfolio revenue. London, hybrid. Clear path to increase base pay and higher commission as well as upgrading title to Head of Sales/President of Sales/CRO.
