Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern, working in a supportive function to our Operations and Client Partnership Teams. This internship will provide hands-on experience in supporting and delivering projects to our clients and enable you to tackle real-world work. The intern will act as an internal day-to-day contact for tasks related to workflow and process for digital and print jobs. This role will enable you to learn what it takes to execute a job from start to finish and how to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Weave Health believes in the importance of on-the-job training, and the intern will therefore also have the opportunity for external exposure so you can build relationships with our clients. The intern will follow a comprehensive training program, as well as be given access to Omnicom training platforms where you will be provided with a host of training resources. Our ambition would be to offer the intern a permanent position at Weave Health. Individual performance will be assessed at varying stages over the course of the intern programme to determine whether this will be possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the internal agency workflow to effectively support the trafficking of projects through their lifecycle.
  • Support the team with initiation of projects and setting them up on the system including opening job codes.
  • Understand project documentation such as project roadmaps, timelines, project plans, and briefs.
  • Learn to effectively collaborate with each department.
  • Work closely with the resource traffic manager to ensure projects are resourced with the right people and timelines are achievable.
  • Maintain internal tracking systems and project management systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth project progression and adherence to timelines.

Training Program

  • Interactive sessions on developing a professional image, personal branding, interpersonal communication, DE&I initiatives, career advice, women in leadership, staying organized, and improving presentation skills.
  • Online learning modules that can be completed at your own pace, covering topics such as change agility, turning an internship into a job, calming your inner critic, and mastering confident presentations.
  • Total training time will be between 20-25 hours across the 6-month period.

About You

  • Passionate about healthcare and the role our work can play in creating healthier brands, businesses and lives.
  • A doer and a fixer who enjoys making everything run smoothly, even under pressure.
  • Positive, collaborative, and confident, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Open to exploring new ideas and opportunities, approaching everything with curiosity.
  • Generous with your ideas, time and passion.
  • Embraces being human and willing to bring your whole self to work and have fun!
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
