Site Manager Salary: £50,000 (basic salary) Location: CB6 – within 20 miles The Company Our client is a recognised leader within the social housing and property services sector. With a strong focus on delivering sustainable housing solutions, they are involved in key initiatives such as SHDF and Net Zero projects. To support continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The Role As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed timescales. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of projects across the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor workflow, identify issues, and take corrective action promptly. * Liaise with Depot and Operations Managers, Section Leaders, and the Control Room to resolve challenges. * Maintain safe site operations, adhering to all Health & Safety requirements. * Keep accurate daily records and ensure reporting documentation is completed on time. * Implement operational and maintenance procedures to achieve service levels. * Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safe to use. * Lead the successful delivery of SHDF and Net Zero projects. The Right Candidate You’ll be an organised and proactive Site Manager with strong communication and leadership skills, confident in delivering social housing projects to a high standard. Essential: * NVQ Level 6 Construction * CSCS Black Card * SMSTS certification * First Aid at Work * Asbestos Awareness * At least 4 years’ experience as a Site Manager Desirable: * Previous experience delivering SHDF or Net Zero projects within social housing Industry Construction / Property Services The Offer * £50,000 basic salary * Opportunity to work on nationally significant sustainable housing projects * Strong career development prospects within a growing sector
