The Role: As Onboarding Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate the smooth rollout of new service contracts. From planning initial installations to managing timelines, training, and internal coordination, you’ll be the central point of contact ensuring customers experience a seamless launch. This is a high-impact role, working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and account teams to meet customer expectations from day one.

The Right Candidate: You’ll be a proactive planner with excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience in managing multi-step project timelines or service launches is ideal. You should be confident handling multiple stakeholders, comfortable working with systems (Microsoft and ERP), and bring a strong customer-first mindset. Experience in a similar onboarding, implementation, or coordination role is beneficial.
