What You’ll Do

  • Gain exposure to several key departments such as R&M, Field Operations, Quality, Sales, and more.
  • Contribute to real‑world projects that drive safe, efficient, and sustainable energy operations.
  • Collaborate with seasoned professionals and benefit from mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Consistently apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment.
  • Engage in training sessions, networking events, and career development workshops.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in the third or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum, or related fields).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passionate about engineering and eager to take a hands‑on approach to real‑world challenges.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Candidates who have legal authorization to work in the country of application without the need for sponsorship or employment restrictions.
