Weatherford have a great opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team in Aberdeen on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 12 months. The Dispatch Coordinator will support operations with a focus on processing/administration of assets and purchasing for the region.
Responsibilities:
- Service Rental Return Notes.
- Service Rental Stock Transfers between UK branch plants.
- Return to Vendor delivery tickets for third-party rental items.
- Gatehouse paperwork processing, including scanning and indexing.
- Supporting with any other general administrative duties as required.
- Scanning and indexing through the Returns paperwork process.
- Providing cover for the Third-Party Rental Coordinator during holidays, including:
- Receipting third-party rental tools
- Updating third-party rental trackers
Required:
- Minimum 2-3+ years dispatch/mobilisation experience would be preferred.
- Good experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business would be beneficial.
- Experience using JD Edwards, SAP or similar system is required.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers.
