Step into a role that shapes how our Bank thinks, reports and plans financially. You’ll take ownership of core reporting cycles, strengthen controls and bring fresh thinking to how our Finance and Treasury function operates. This is a role with genuine influence and room to grow. Based in our Wellingborough head office, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home two days each week.
What you’ll do:
- Lead month end and year end reporting, including key reconciliations.
- Prepare FRS 102 consolidated accounts and support the audit.
- Manage tax, VAT and essential regulatory submissions.
- Strengthen controls, improve processes and support Finance risk activity.

What we’re looking for:

- Ideally you will bring experience in both practice and industry.
