We are excited to offer multiple opportunities to join Weatherbys Private Bank as either a Private Banking Associate (PBA) or Private Banking Executive (PBE), working as part of our Private Client Team assisting our Private Bankers in developing client relationships. We pride ourselves on delivering a truly personal banking experience, treating every client as an individual and tailoring financial solutions to their lifestyle and future plans.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Focus: Entry-level within Private Banking administration, supporting bankers and clients with day-to-day tasks including:
- Handle account openings, KYC/EDD checks, and transaction monitoring.
- Prepare lending documentation and investment administration.
- Manage excess and credit control for portfolios.
- Payment sign-off.
- Prepare credit applications for new lending propositions (checked by Private Banker).
- Manage credit control and lending documentation with minimal oversight.
- Run client meetings under supervision and handle account opening/switching queries.
- Spot and refer investment opportunities to Investment Wealth and Advice (IWA) team.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
