As a Private Banking Associate, you'll help our Private Bankers deliver the day-to-day service that keeps relationships strong and clients supported. You'll be a trusted point of contact, handling payments, account activity and client instructions, while keeping admin and documentation accurate and on time. It's a role where details matter, and where your work helps us grow lending, deposits and wider banking services through long-term, human relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling daily client queries by phone and email
  • Executing client instructions, including payments and account activity
  • Setting up new client accounts and completing documentation accurately
  • Preparing credit applications and supporting lending and security documentation
  • Managing account administration, including transfers, cards and reporting
