Weatherbys Business Bank is an exciting and significant new venture for Weatherbys Banking Group. Through our Business Bank, we will establish new banking connections with SME and Mid-Market companies as well as developing our existing corporate relationships. The Business Bank will target UK-based businesses that value a high-quality, relationship-driven banking proposition. There will be strong collaboration with our Private and Racing Bank teams to deliver exceptional client service and innovative products.
What Is The Purpose Of This Role
The Business Manager is responsible for driving the operational development and day-to-day administration of the Business Bank. The role demands capability in project management, reporting, and product development. They are the driving force behind the Business Bank, delivering the products, partnerships, and processes that enable the frontline to deliver real value to their customers.
As the operational enabler of the Business Banking team, the Business Manager's role takes primary responsibility for performance tracking, operational management, and the delivery of product innovation. This is achieved by collaborating with relevant teams across the Group, ensuring that they are aligned with the Business Bank's objectives and deliver highly capable support as the Business Bank grows.
