This role gives you that. As a Test Analyst, you’ll help make sure our core banking changes land safely. You’ll work closely with analysts and developers to plan and carry out testing that reduces risk and improves how we run key processes.

What You’ll Do
- Scope and plan testing for each change or release
- Create test plans, scripts and clear completion reports
- Work with analysts, developers and SMEs to agree scenarios and data
- Carry out manual testing and log, investigate and support defect fix and retest
- Use Azure DevOps to manage work and reporting
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years’ software testing experience and solid understanding of the test lifecycle
- Banking or wider financial services experience
- ISTQB Foundation
- Clear written and verbal communication to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Manual testing skills (automation testing knowledge welcomed but not essential)
