We’re growing our digital activities and investing more deliberately in how we plan, deliver and measure campaigns across the Weatherbys Banking Group. This is a new role - brought in at a key point of growth - to add expertise and capacity to our marketing team. You’ll work alongside an existing Digital Marketing Manager, working collaboratively.

The role involves planning, delivering and optimising digital campaigns across the Weatherbys Banking Group brands, with a strong focus on social media and paid search. Working closely with marketing colleagues and agency partners, you’ll ensure activity is insight led, compliant and clearly measured.

The role is based in our Wellingborough head office, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. You’ll also travel to our London office occasionally, typically around once a month.

  • Working collaboratively across the marketing team to support wider brand and growth objectives.

Please note, there is no line management responsibility in this role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a digital marketing or campaign role.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search.
  • Confidence using data and reporting to inform decisions.
  • A collaborative, practical approach with strong attention to detail.
  • You don’t need financial services experience, but an understanding of regulated industries would be helpful.
