You’ll join our Operational Quality team, supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and governance across Weatherbys Bank. Working with colleagues throughout the business, you’ll help make sure third-party risks are understood, documented and managed effectively.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating supplier onboarding, reviews and renewals
- Reviewing due diligence information and identifying gaps or exceptions
- Supporting supplier risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Maintaining accurate supplier records, evidence and action logs
- Preparing information for governance and reporting
- Improving third-party risk processes, controls and documentation
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll need practical experience in supplier assurance, third-party risk, supplier governance, procurement risk or outsourcing.
- Experience of supplier due diligence, onboarding, monitoring or risk assessment
- Experience within financial services or another regulated sector, such as insurance
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, together with close attention to detail
- The judgement to recognise when an issue needs to be escalated
- Confidence working with different stakeholders and challenging incomplete evidence
- A-level standard education or equivalent practical experience
- A relevant professional qualification would be helpful but is not essential. You should be willing to continue developing your knowledge through professional or industry training.
