We’re looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning team in London. You’ll take ownership of complex paraplanning cases across pensions, investments, offshore bonds and estate planning from start to finish. Working closely with financial planners, you’ll shape and deliver high‑quality advice, with a focus on depth, judgement and getting the detail right. Based in our new central London office, you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Writing and delivering complex financial planning cases clearly and confidently
  • Providing financial planners with well‑reasoned, practical advice they can rely on
  • Focusing on pensions and investment planning as core areas of work
  • Drafting and reviewing suitability letters and cashflow models
  • Applying estate planning solutions in practice, including offshore bonds
  • Making sure advice meets FCA requirements and internal standards
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting junior paraplanners when needed

What we’re looking for

  • Several years’ relevant experience within financial planning including strong, hands‑on experience as a senior paraplanner
  • Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Solid pensions and investments experience
  • Practical experience of offshore bonds and estate planning
  • Confident in writing, explaining and delivering complex cases
  • A logical, problem‑solving approach and strong attention to detail
