Are you looking for a role that fits around your life and helps you build valuable new skills? Join Weatherbys as a Private Banking Associate and play a vital role supporting our clients outside standard banking hours. From helping someone access their account to protecting them from fraud, you'll provide the personal service that has built our reputation for generations. These are part-time roles working 20 hours per week. They're ideally suited to people who are specifically looking for long-term part-time work that fits around other commitments, interests or lifestyle choices. After 4 weeks of onsite training in Wellingborough (during standard hours of 9am to 5.30pm), you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from your UK home base.
The role often involves supporting clients at moments when reassurance and quick action matter most. Whether dealing with suspected fraud, helping someone regain access to their account or resolving an urgent banking query, you'll combine sound judgement with a personal approach. You'll build knowledge of private banking, fraud prevention and client service, developing skills that can support a longer-term career within Weatherbys Banking Group.
