Why Weatherbys? We’ll make sure you have everything you need to get started, whether you’re new to banking or bringing experience from elsewhere. You’ll get hands-on training and ongoing support. The role After initial onsite training in Wellingborough (3–6 weeks, during standard hours), you’ll work remotely, providing advice and assistance to clients on debit card usage, fraud, online and mobile banking, and more. You’ll monitor card fraud systems, complete operational tasks, and ensure confidential correspondence is handled securely. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our clients safe and informed, always putting people first.

The practical bits We know we’ve said this before, but it is important to be aware that you need to be onsite for training in Wellingborough from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. How long this will be depends on how quickly you learn but is typically 3-6 weeks. The extended hours service is available to our clients from Monday to Friday between 6pm and 11pm, as well as on weekends and all bank holidays (including Christmas) between 08:30am and 5pm. You need to work 2-3 weekends per month, but we are flexible with which days of the week you can work and can offer you up to 29.5 hours per week. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave.
