What you’ll do:
- Deliver senior technical paraplanning, supporting private bankers and financial planners with complex client advice.
- Take ownership of advice pieces, proactively shape solutions, and contribute to discussions about best outcomes for clients.
- Lead by example providing constructive feedback, supporting the growth of less experienced team members, and helping to foster a collaborative, compassionate team culture.
What you’ll bring:
- At least five years in Financial Planning, including three years as a Paraplanner and one year at Senior Paraplanner level.
- Level 6 Chartered Financial Planning (CII Advanced Diploma or CISI equivalent), or close to completion.
- Experience working independently on estate planning and pensions.
- Ability to think like an advisor: proactive, solution-focused, and ready to lead.
- Organised, with the ability to juggle client work, process improvements, and support to others.
