As an Associate Paraplanner you'll play a key part in supporting our financial planners and private bankers, helping to deliver high-quality advice and technical expertise to our clients. This is a hands-on, technical role where your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job well will be valued above exam results alone.

What you’ll bring:
- At least two years’ experience in financial planning, with solid paraplanning experience.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII/CISI or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Experience with estate planning and offshore bonds is highly desirable.
- A technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to good client outcomes.
- Comfortable supporting and advising clients but not seeking a sales or adviser role.
- Motivation to learn, develop, and take on new challenges over time.
