We are now looking for anexperienced and proactive Stock Controllerto join our Wendover-based team. Thismid-level roleoffers the opportunity to improve stock management processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintainaccurate stock recordsand manage inventory levels
  • Pick and pack customer orders
  • Monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
  • Improve and streamline stock controlprocesses and procedures
  • Utilise technology tooptimise stock managementand efficiency
  • Work closely withsuppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
  • Conductregular stock checks and auditsto ensure accuracy
  • Assist withpurchasing and stock forecastingas required

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience instock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
  • StrongIT skills, with experience in stock management systems (EXACT system experience desirable but not essential)
  • Aproactive and problem-solving mindsetto drive improvements
  • Excellentattention to detailand accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability towork independentlyand take initiative
  • The role involves physical tasks such as loading/unloading, moving stock, and working in a fast-paced environment, so the candidate must be comfortable undertaking these duties
  • Full Drivers licence for import collections and adhoc deliveries in company van.
  • Strongcommunication and organisational skills
