YourStudio – Senior Environments Designer- 3 month FTC

The Role

You’ll lead the creative on diverse, global projects that reimagine what branded spaces can be. Across multiple retail formats from one-off brand experiences, immersive retail pop-ups, to flagship stores and roll-out delivery,you’ll bring radical ideas to life by connecting culture, storytelling, and sustainability.

We’re looking for a designer who’s strategic, experimental, and unafraid to push boundaries. A seasoned creative who can translate complex ideas into compelling realities—taking clients and teams with them through clarity, confidence, and collaboration.

This role is a 3 month fixed-term-contract

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead concept-to-completion design across experience led retail, across multiple scales and formats, multi-format projects
  • Translate insights into innovation —crafting spaces that inspire human connection
  • Present with clarity and conviction , from workshops to client pitches
  • Support junior creatives while collaborating with strategists, architects, and makers
  • Exhibit strong ideas , smart strategy, and standout creative through your work
  • Balance creativity and commerciality —delivering impactful work on time and on budget
  • Champion sustainability as part of our commitment to B-Corp and planet-first design
  • Influence culture , share inspiration, and help shape the creative future of our team

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in experiential/spatial/environmental design
  • Deep understanding of materials, fabrication, and retail system
  • Confident in client-facing roles, with a talent for communicating design narrative
  • Driven, friendly, collaborative, and positive
  • Exhibit a passion for design, art, process, and play
  • Ability to iterate rapidly and an incredible care for execution
  • Strong collaborative instincts and leadership potential
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact

We offer a competitive salary, available upon request, plus our benefits package, which includes:
