The Opportunity

Senior Brand Designer translates insight into powerful storytelling — turning knowledge of the fast-changing global consumer landscape into stunning, precedent-setting design. As a senior creative, they lead projects with fresh thinking, strong craft and creative confidence, while helping to shape the quality and culture of design across the studio. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll bring big ideas and translate these into tangible, emotionally resonant retail experiences that drive human connection — designed to captivate, connect audiences, and shape culture. What You'll Do

  • Creative Execution & Direction
    • Deliver and oversee high-quality brand design across multiple concurrent projects — from brief distillation through to final delivery, including supplier and partner management.
    • Translate insights into impactful, multi-sensory visual solutions that push creative boundaries while remaining purposeful, strategic and on-brand.
    • Maintain a consistently high standard of craft and presentation across all outputs.
  • Client & Project Oversight
    • Act as a confident creative voice in client-facing presentations, workshops and pitches — engaging and inspiring with clarity and conviction.
    • Build trusted client relationships grounded in a deep understanding of their audience, sector and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for creative growth.
    • Contribute to project scoping, resourcing and timelines — proactively spotting issues to keep work on track and on budget.
  • Collaboration & Process
    • Support the Design Director in briefing, directing and providing feedback to junior, mid-weight and freelance talent.
    • Work collaboratively across disciplines — contributing to a culture of shared ownership, creative rigour and continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to new business opportunities through standout work and strong client relationships.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Senior Brand Designers are trusted creative leads within the studio. They support and guide junior and mid-weight designers by providing clear, constructive feedback that sharpens both ideas and craft.
    • They lead with confidence and calm, creating space for others to contribute and grow.
    • At this level, leadership is directional and coaching-led: setting a high creative bar, modelling strong working habits, and helping others navigate feedback and complexity.
    • They collaborate closely with Design Directors, Project Managers and Client Services teams to ensure smooth delivery and creative coherence across projects.

What You’ll bring

  • Creative & Technical Skills
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
    • Proven track record delivering high-quality design across branding, graphics, digital and experiential projects.
    • Strong conceptual and storytelling ability, with a confident grasp of visual communication, typography and design systems.
    • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively to both teams and clients.
    • Awareness of emerging technologies and evolving design trends across brand and experience.
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Attributes
    • Confident communicator with experience directing and mentoring other designers.
    • Pragmatic problem-solver who balances creative ambition with project realities.
    • Empathetic collaborator who builds trust across disciplines and with clients.
