  • Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Events Producer to lead the production of live experiences across the KK Group.

As a Senior Producer, you’ll own the end-to-end production process across complex experiential projects.

That includes creative pitches, venue sourcing, critical paths, supplier negotiation, production schedules, event books, client documents, onsite delivery and budget management.

You’ll be trusted to balance creative ambition with commercial clarity, protecting quality, timelines and margins while keeping clients and teams confidently informed.

There is also scope to support junior team members, shape strong production processes and contribute original thinking to culturally resonant experiences.

We are looking for someone who thinks creatively, produces commercially, and understands how to create world-class live events that our members will never forget.

From events with our luxury cruises and member socials to flagship parties, retreats and future hospitality ventures, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that strengthen the KK brand while ensuring every production is commercially successful, operationally achievable and capable of evolving over time.

You will create experiences that connect people, while developing the systems, documentation and production processes that allow those experiences to be repeated, improved and scaled across multiple destinations.

This role requires someone who is highly creative, commercially driven and passionate about luxury events.

You should be equally comfortable brainstorming a new immersive production, sourcing exceptional talent, managing freelance creative teams and building the production processes that support long-term growth.

As KK expands internationally through cruises, retreats, hotels and new experiences, this role will become central to shaping how our live world evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Production
  • Lead the creative production of events across the KK Group.

  • Develop repeatable production formats that can be adapted across multiple venues and destinations.
  • Create show bibles, production manuals and creative playbooks that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Build creative systems that allow productions to scale as the business grows.
  • Continually improve existing productions rather than constantly reinventing them.
  • Luxury Event Design
  • Produce experiences suited to premium environments including luxury cruise ships, boutique hotels and exclusive venues.
  • Curate entertainment, performances and immersive activations that complement the environment.
  • Understand how atmosphere, lighting, entertainment, music, service and storytelling combine to create exceptional live experiences.
  • Talent & Creative Network
  • Continuously discover new performers, artists, musicians and creative collaborators.
  • Build long-term relationships with trusted freelance creatives and specialist suppliers.
  • Cast the right creative talent for each production.
  • Develop a network that can support events internationally.

  • Balance creative ambition with budgets and operational realities.
  • Produce events that deliver exceptional guest experiences while remaining commercially viable.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.

  • Production Leadership
  • Manage freelance producers, performers and creative teams where required.
  • Coordinate external suppliers throughout the creative production process.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Brand to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support the growth of a scalable creative production function.
  • Systems & Process
  • Build and maintain production documentation across all events.
  • Develop supplier databases, production schedules, creative asset libraries and operational processes.
