We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager who truly understands how modern social media works at scale. This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts, follows generic content pillars, or reports vanity metrics. We need someone who knows what it takes to build an always‑on social engine that consistently drives awareness, engagement, and growth.

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, coordinating, and executing a high‑volume content operation across multiple platforms, producing and managing hundreds of pieces of content each week. You’ll understand how to source attention, react to trends quickly, repurpose winning formats, and build systems that keep content moving fast without sacrificing quality. This role is highly hands‑on. You’ll be involved in clipping, editing, aggregating, briefing creators, writing copy, scheduling content, reviewing performance, and launching new ideas. As the function grows, you’ll also manage freelancers, creators, and support teams to scale output efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the social media growth strategy across all key platforms.
  • Build and manage a high‑volume posting schedule of 200 to 300+ pieces of content per week across channels.
  • Develop an always‑on content approach focused on daily reach, relevance, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Source, clip, edit, repurpose, and distribute content at speed across multiple formats.
  • Drive the creation of original content designed specifically for social performance rather than traditional brand campaigns.
  • Build repeatable content systems that turn ideas, trends, and raw footage into scalable output.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling workflows, approvals, and publishing cadence.
  • Understand platform behaviour across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging channels.
  • Use paid social strategically to amplify winning content and support top‑of‑funnel growth.
  • Work closely with growth and creative teams to align content with wider marketing objectives.
  • Review analytics daily and optimise output based on watch time, retention, CTR, shares, conversions, and engagement signals.
  • Identify trends early and react quickly with relevant content opportunities.
  • Implement AI tools, automations, and workflows to increase output and efficiency.
  • Build and manage freelancers, editors, creators, and community support as the team scales.
  • Maintain brand quality while operating at high speed and volume.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience running high‑output social media accounts or content operations at scale.
  • Clear evidence of results including audience growth, reach, engagement, traffic, or revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of what performs natively on each platform and why.
  • Experience creating and managing content systems producing hundreds of weekly assets.
  • Hands‑on editing, clipping, repurposing, and publishing experience.
  • Strong understanding of paid social and how organic plus paid work together.
  • Comfortable operating top‑of‑funnel growth strategies with an always‑on mindset.
  • Experience managing freelancers, creators, editors, or junior team members.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, scheduling platforms, and AI tools.
  • Highly organised, fast‑moving, commercially aware, and obsessed with performance.
  • Able to provide strong references from previous teams or employers.
