About Us: Hi there, we're Wild. We're on a mission to remove single use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm - and we're only just getting started. We launched in 2020 and as a high growth company we're already one of Europe's fastest growing start ups. So, fancy coming along for the ride?

The Mission: Wild is on a journey to become the global leader in sustainable personal care. We are disrupting an industry dominated by legacy giants by proving that sustainability and high performance go hand in hand.

The Role: As our Senior Operations Manager, you will own how Wild's products reach our customers - across DTC and retail. You will form part of the team that owns our 3PL relationships, with direct ownership of one of our key partners, ensuring orders flow smoothly from warehouse to doorstep and from warehouse to retailer at the right cost and the right service level. This is a hands on operational role with real impact and accountability to deliver results. You will be expected to find, build and deliver your own margin wins and implement strategies to improve customer experience - identifying COGS savings across fulfilment, freight and warehousing, sizing the prize, and project managing the change through to a measurable P&L impact. Nobody will hand you a roadmap; you will write it. This role is for a consultant ready to become an operator. You have the analytical horsepower and structured problem solving of a Tier 1 strategy environment, and you want to apply it where the results are real: lorries, warehouses, customers and margin.

What you will do:

  • Fulfilment Excellence Across DTC and Retail: Own end to end order fulfilment across our DTC, Amazon and retail channels. Set, monitor and hold partners to service KPIs - dispatch times, delivery performance, order accuracy and returns - ensuring our customer promise is kept every day, including through peak trading. Ensure retail orders are fulfilled to exacting wholesaler requirements, protecting on time in full performance and avoiding costly compliance penalties.
  • 3PL Relationship Ownership: Form part of the team that owns our 3PL relationships, with day to day and commercial ownership of one of our key partners - performance reviews, rate cards, invoicing accuracy, capacity planning and contract negotiations. Act as the escalation point when things go wrong, resolving issues at pace and re engineering the process that failed so it does not fail twice. Continuously benchmark our fulfilment network, recommending changes to footprint, partners or terms where there is margin or service to be won.
  • Self Generated COGS Savings and Margin Wins: Identify, quantify and own a pipeline of cost saving and margin opportunities across fulfilment, freight, packaging and warehousing - this pipeline is yours to generate, not to inherit. Build the commercial case for each initiative, win cross functional buy in and deliver the saving through to a verified P&L impact. Partner with Finance to ensure every win is measured, tracked and banked into the plan.
  • Complex Project Delivery: Project manage complicated, cross business initiatives end to end - new market launches, 3PL migrations, network changes, systems integrations - owning the plan, the stakeholders and the outcome. See projects through to completion: no half finished workstreams, no orphaned actions, no surprises. Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and Customer Service, acting as the connective tissue between strategy and physical execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team from day one, fostering a culture of ownership, pace and data driven decision making. Build scalable processes and ways of working so the function grows ahead of the business, not behind it.

What we need from you:

  • Strategic Background: 5-6 years of experience at a Tier 1 strategy consultancy (MBB or Big 4 strategy), currently there or recently left - consistently trusted with the hardest problems, and hungry to own outcomes rather than recommend them.
  • High Agency: This is your defining trait. You do not wait to be told; you find the opportunity, build the case, rally the team and deliver the result.
  • Deeply Commercial: You understand how fulfilment cost, service levels and inventory flow through to gross margin and cash, and you instinctively size the prize before committing the effort.
  • Project Management: Exceptional capability to run multiple complicated workstreams in parallel, keep senior stakeholders aligned, and a proven track record of seeing difficult projects through to completion.
  • Collaborative: You work brilliantly in teams and across the business - warm in collaboration, uncompromising on outcomes.
  • Pace & Drive: Ready for a fast paced, intense, and relentless environment. In return, we offer rapid development, exceptional exposure, and career progression that matches your ambition.
  • Analytically Excellent: You turn messy operational data into clear decisions, and you are comfortable building the model yourself.

Bonus Points: Direct operations, supply chain or 3PL exposure is a plus, not a prerequisite - we will back raw capability and drive over years of narrow experience.

Why Wild?

  • Impact: You will be a key player in a mission driven company that is removing millions of tonnes of single use plastic from the planet.
  • Ownership: We hire the best and give them the autonomy to build. You will own the fulfilment and operations roadmap from day one.
  • Growth: We are scaling at pace. Your career trajectory here is limited only by your own ambition.

What you'll get from us:

  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave
  • 4% Company Pension
  • Mental well being support through Spill
  • Private healthcare through Vitality
  • Weekly early finishes and social events
  • Annual L&D budget
  • Free breakfast
  • Free & discounted Wild products
  • 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
