About Us: Hi there We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single‑use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent‑sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high‑growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest‑growing start‑ups.

The Role: As our Senior Supply Planning Manager, you will be the engine room of Wild’s physical growth. You aren't just managing stock; you are bridging the gap between ambitious demand signals and complex manufacturing output. You will be responsible for transforming fragmented, manual processes into an AI‑driven, automated supply chain that can scale globally. This is a role for a "Builder." You likely learned the "gold standard" of supply chain within a Tier‑1 global blue‑chip, but you have the grit and agility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you own the roadmap. This role reports into our Head of Supply Chain. Please note, this is a mid‑level role at the Senior Manager level (4-6 years of experience).

What you will do:

  • Supply Chain as a Growth Accelerator: Proactively manage inventory and production cycles to ensure the supply chain enables, rather than restricts, rapid commercial expansion. Design and execute supply strategies that allow the business to enter new global territories and launch new product categories with minimal lead times. Actively drive business profitability through cost‑saving initiatives and optimized planning flows without compromising quality or speed.
  • Production & Supply Strategy: Lead the end‑to‑end supply planning process, converting high‑level demand plans into actionable, high‑efficiency production schedules. Own senior relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production capacity meets our trajectory. Oversee the replenishment strategy for all product lines to minimise out‑of‑stocks while strictly optimising working capital. Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply readiness for major retail launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Leverage AI‑driven tools to enhance the accuracy of supply requirements, moving beyond traditional spreadsheets to automated replenishment models. Identify and implement automation opportunities within the supply chain tech stack to eliminate manual data entry and human error. Harness predictive modelling to ensure 100% "always‑on" availability, turning a high‑performing supply chain into a competitive advantage.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and scale a resilient, high‑impact team by fostering a tech‑forward culture where data‑driven decision‑making is the standard. Develop internal talent, providing the coaching necessary to foster well‑rounded operational leaders. Act as the final escalation point to clear business blockers related to supply constraints, manufacturing bottlenecks, or component shortages.
  • Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Maintain optimal stock coverage across multiple global 3PL locations. Lead the supply chain execution process for new product developments (NPD) or packaging refreshes. Coordinate closely with Inbound & Logistics to ensure seamless transitions from the production line to the warehouse.

What we need from you: Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who may not hit every single bullet point on the lists below - if you’re passionate about our mission and feel you have relevant skills and experiences to add value to this role, please submit an application!

  • You have 5 years of experience in Supply Planning and related functions.
  • You spent your formative years (3+years) at a Tier‑1 FMCG multinational, learning world‑class processes, and have since applied that knowledge within a high‑growth, fast‑paced disruptor brand.
  • The Builder Mindset: You have a proven track record of transforming fragmented processes into scalable, automated workflows. You are comfortable entering an environment where systems may be a "work‑in‑progress" and have the grit to rebuild them into a high‑functioning engine.
  • Architect of Automation: You have a "tech‑first" brain and have successfully implemented ERPs or integrated AI tools to replace legacy manual processes. You are a highly effective operator who thrives under pressure. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the resilience to unblock issues with a solution‑oriented attitude.
  • You understand how inventory impacts the P&L and how availability is the most powerful accelerator of business growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualisation and modelling. You can turn complex data sets into clear, actionable supply strategies. You love spending time building and optimising spreadsheets.

Why Wild? Impact: You will be a key player in a mission‑driven company that is removing millions of tonnes of single‑use plastic from the planet. Ownership: We hire the best and give them the autonomy to build. You will own the supply planning roadmap from day one. Growth: We are scaling at pace. Your career trajectory here is limited only by your own ambition.

What you’ll get from us: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days, Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office, 4% Company Pension, Mental well‑being support through Spill, Private healthcare through Vitality, Weekly early finishes and social events, Annual L&D budget, Free breakfast, Free & discounted Wild products, 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days.
