About Us: Hi there! We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups.
About the role: We’re looking to scale up our European retail presence. With successful launches into Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Norway and Switzerland, we’re bringing someone on board to support this continued growth. We’re looking for someone to build great partnerships with key stakeholders, whilst also being able to put the necessary controls and processes around forecasting and planning in place to help Wild scale to the next level. This role reports into our Head of EU Retail. Please note, this is a junior/entry-level role.
Responsibilities
- Building & maintaining relationships: Help build strong relationships with large retailers and distributors in Europe to grow key accounts, owning and managing your own accounts.
- New business: Work with the international retail team to grow accounts and win new business opportunities, support new business development activities like reaching out to new accounts, and think of creative ways to grab retailers' attention.
- Forecasting: Planning and forecasting future growth and working closely with our operations team on stock holding and logistics, forecasting and order planning for your accounts.
- Growth & Engagement: Supporting to improve performance and engagement within Wild's current retail partners in Europe.
- Brand Ambassador: Attend trade shows and other events to network and represent the Wild brand.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Italian / French) preferred.
- Competent in using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: being able to form great internal and external relationships.
- Ambitious: Able to think big and get people behind the Wild vision for a more sustainable bathroom.
- Passionate: Have a passion for Wild's mission and want to keep improving everything we do.
- Preferred: Experience in sales, account management or retail.
- Customer orientation: You seek to understand what customers need and feel confident in supporting them to grow our accounts.
- Organisation: You can juggle multiple projects at once and know how to prioritise your time.
- Sustainability: You’re keen to learn more about sustainability and want to promote others to make more sustainable changes in their day-to-day lives.
