The Role:
As the Junior Account Manager for the DACH Region, you will support the Senior Account Manager with managing and growing our relationships with retailers & improving in-store excellence in the DACH region.
You will help drive fast-paced growth, improving displays and expanding portfolios and sales fundamentals. Your job is to support our SNAM in ensuring our brand is represented in the Wildest way possible while maximising sales opportunities and reducing single-use plastic. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply, fulfilment, and product development, to deliver sustainable growth.

This is a junior level role.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Building & maintaining relationships: Help building strong relationships with large retailers in DACH to grow key accounts, eventually owning and managing your own accounts
- New business: Working with the SNAM to grow accounts and win new business opportunities, supporting in new business development activities like reaching out to new accounts, and thinking of creative ways to grab retailers\’ attention
- Forecasting: Planning and forecasting future growth and working closely with our operations team on stock holding and logistics, forecasting and order planning for your accounts
- Growth & Engagement: Supporting to improve performance and engagement within Wilds current retail partners in DACH
- Brand Ambassador: Attend trade shows and other events to network and represent the Wild brand
What we need from you:

- Bilingual (English and German is a must)
- Competent in using excel
- Communication: Being able to form great internal and external relationships
- Ambitious: Able to think big and get people behind the Wild vision for a more sustainable bathroom.
- Passionate: Have a passion for Wild’s mission and want to keep improving everything we do.
- Preferred: Experience in sales, account management or retail
- Customer Orientation: you seek to understand what customers need, and feel confident in supporting them to grow our accounts
- Organisation: You can juggle multiple projects at once, and know how to prioritise your time
- Sustainability: You’re keen to learn more about sustainability, and want to promote others to make more sustainable changes in their day to day lives
