Job Summary

This fast-growing fintech takes the manual work out of invoicing and payment collection for UK businesses, helping them get paid faster with less chasing.

Post-Series A, the company is now building marketing into a core growth engine.

This is the company’s first Growth Marketer hire, joining a marketing team of three: the Head of Marketing, plus specialists in events and content, and design.

Brand, content and events are already working well.

Your job is to build the digital engine on top: a steady flow of inbound leads across paid, web, email and search, and the systems and data behind it.

It’s an AI-native team, so building tools and automations is part of the job.

Day to day, you’ll

  • Run paid campaigns across Linked In, Meta and Google, from first touch to retargeting.
  • Own conversion tracking, attribution and weekly reporting on leads and pipeline.
  • Own Hub Spot for marketing: lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing, forms and workflows.
  • Optimise the website across both routes in: free sign-up and demo booking.
  • Build onboarding email journeys that turn sign-ups into active users.
  • Find and reach new verticals online, and run experiments on ads, landing pages and emails.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with every team, including the founders. The package is a competitive salary plus share options.

Experience Required

  • 2-4 years in B2B marketing, measured on leads, sign-ups or pipeline
  • Hands-on with paid (Linked In, Meta or Google) and Hub Spot or a similar CRM
  • Strong AI and no-code skills, with examples built in Claude, Chat GPT, Zapier, Make or Clay
  • Has built processes or systems from scratch and seen them through
  • Owns the numbers: sets up tracking, reports results and works out why things did or didn’t work
  • Clear writer who can turn a story into an ad or landing page that converts
  • UK right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Nice to have: free sign-up and sales-led funnels, GA4 and GTM, SEO or AI search, marketing to accountants or SMBs
