To support this growth we’re seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Operations Manager. This role is available on a full-time basis and will suit someone who is used to spinning many plates at once, enjoys creating and improving systems and would thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
As Operations Manager you will:
- Be a key player in the programme management office (PMO) in the delivery of our client project plans including: new client onboarding, contracting, scheduling and coordinating global learning programmes, mapping out deliverables & timelines, coordinating between multiple stakeholders across timezones, participant communications and admin support.
- Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients, seeking opportunities to grow the accounts and be the point of contact for them.
- Be responsible for programme finances including budgeting, invoicing and spend tracking.
- Ensure all programme reporting documentation is kept up to date.
- Create and deliver client participant reports e.g. 360 feedback and psychometric reporting.
- Maintain positive relationships with our Changemaker network.
- Support with key administrative tasks including calendar management, scheduling, research, deck creation, minute taking etc.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years experience in project management or operations role.
- Experience working in an agency or consultancy with real acumen and understanding for what makes a business successful.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills who seeks to optimise processes.
- An interest in learning more about the world of leadership development.
- A team player who is keen to become a member of a small and friendly team.
- Full of enthusiasm, energy and a self-starter willing to take responsibility for driving projects forward.

Our offer:
- Base salary £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Equity discussed after 12 months of continuous employment.
- 27 days holiday and bank holidays.
- Office closed between Christmas and New Year.
- Flexible working: 2 days in our Soho, London office - the rest work from home or our co-working space.
- Learning & Development fund at 2.5% of salary.
- T– NEST company pension (our contribution 5%, your contribution 3%).
