We are looking for a Workday Procure to Pay and Strategic Sourcing Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Leading and participating in all Workday Procure to Pay and/or Strategic Sourcing implementation lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into Workday configuration, and provide advice on best practices.
- Configuring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to Procure to Pay and/or Strategic sourcing processes.
- Identifying strategies, risks, and options and recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of Procurement and Strategic sourcing processes with other modules and systems.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrating design options using prototyping.
- Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday Methodology.
- Providing Project Leadership with status updates and keeping them apprised of the overall project status.
- Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Ideally, you will have a strong finance background and a demonstrable track record on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, owning and driving the Workday agenda. You are self-motivated and solution-oriented and have experience in managing and communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You are results-oriented and able to sell your ideas with a reasoned and evidence-based approach.
Qualification:
- Workday Financials Certification in Procure to Pay and/or Strategic Sourcing. Additional Workday Certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong finance transformation track record.
- Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Strategic Sourcing processes and best practices.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed.
- Able to efficiently manage a virtual team and client interaction.
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment.
- Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands.
