As a Product Manager, you will report to a Lead Product Manager and play a key role in shaping order fulfilment solutions.
Responsibilities- Have complete ownership of a complex API or engineering platform component involving multiple internal or external stakeholders and drive the product strategy and execution.
- Formulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product you own and work with stakeholders across teams to align strategic priorities, dependencies and roadmap.
- Identify key measures of success (OKRs) and monitor product performance and adoption.
- Leverage your domain knowledge in omni‑channel retail and order management to assess new opportunities, gather ideas, conduct research and analysis, and prioritise requirements.
- Plan and coordinate significant product efforts that have dependencies on multiple products and delivery teams.
- Create and maintain a prioritised product backlog, write user stories, groom the backlog, and ensure a healthy backlog for your area of ownership.
- Steer sprint and release planning sessions with engineering counterparts to deliver maximum business value with the least effort.
- Identify and drive improvements in performance, ensuring quality, reliability, and security through measurable service levels.
- Lead discovery work on minimum viable products (MVPs) for new features, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to prototype and validate MVPs.
- Help the team break down complex work, create epics and stories, and deliver smaller chunks of value faster.
- Identify and remove impediments faced by the team by working with the Head of Product and other stakeholders, and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Be accountable for product performance and adoption, and work to increase the customer base.

Qualifications- Experience and understanding of agile methodologies, ceremonies, and technology appreciation.
- Experience defining user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation.
- Thinking at a conceptual level across platforms (web, mobile, tablets, store apps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Experience managing work completed from external agencies to ensure the highest standards.
- The ability to influence without authority.
- Proven success in working on unstructured problems, defining hypotheses, creating MVPs, running experiments, and analysing results to drive data‑driven decisions.
- Product management best practice and methodologies and strong technical acumen.
