Role
The Volume Recruiter role focuses heavily on delivery in our customer facing ‘Funnel’ Teams across Sales and Operations. These are predominantly entry level and junior roles, but will fluctuate based on business requirements.
- Identifying relevant talent across Sales and Operations roles. Understanding the typical profiles and consistently building pipelines to support continual hiring
- Extensive outreach to passive candidates to support alongside inbound applications
- Market mapping and gaining competitor insights and sharing knowledge with Talent Acquisition Lead and relevant Stakeholders to understand current market trends
- Actively and consistently developing the Funding Circle employer brand in relevant talent pools
- Screening and assessing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, delivering feedback and managing the offer process
- Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in a delivery/high volume role in a recruitment agency or within an in-house role focusing on commercial/non-tech hiring
- Competent using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards
- Ability to craft strong outreach and talent attraction comms
- Strong relationship building skills and a natural curiosity
- A desire to explore and create new candidate attraction strategies
- Able to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high standards and a strong candidate experience
